A Recipe for Bai Lieng Pale – Vegetable Fried Rice!

Vegetable-friend-rice-pageWhat you will need for ingredients:

  • 3 Tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 Cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Yellow onion, chopped
  • 1 Cup frozen sweet peas
  • 1 Cup frozen or fresh chopped carrot
  • A ¼ head of cabbage, chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon salt
  • ½ Teaspoon sugar
  • ¼ Teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon hot chilli sauce
  • 4 Cups cooked Jasmine rice

What to do:
Heat up a non-stick pan or wok.
When the wok is hot, add oil, garlic, yellow onion, sweet peas, carrot and cabbage, and stir well.
Add soy sauce, salt, sugar, black pepper and hot chilli sauce. Stir well.
Add cooked rice, and serve hot.
